Author Guidelines

Manuscript contributors must adhere to all of the following guidelines:

  • Manuscripts must be research-based.
  • Authors submitting manuscripts should note the names of the representative/s in their regions and forward articles to them on-line.

  • Manuscripts may present a single research study or a joint project provided names of all researchers are included in the article.

  • Authors should submit double-spaced manuscripts, which should not exceed 20 pages. Type size should be no smaller than 12 points.

  • Figures, drawings, footnotes and endnotes should be avoided.

  • Except when specifically solicited by the editorial management, no book reviews will be accepted.

  • Manuscripts must be written in the English language and in Roman alphabets - abstracts/summaries may be accepted in some European languages.

  • To facilitate global accessibility, writing should be as free of research jargon and statistical terminology as possible.

  • Orthography will embrace both American and Anglo-European spelling styles.

  • Current editions of major writing styles, including, but not limited to, the American Psychological Association (APA), The Chicago Manual of Style, and more, will be accepted provided the author is consistent in the use of one and only one. Mix styles will result in automatic rejection of manuscript.

  • To preserve the author's anonymity in the review process, the manuscript should include no clues as to his or her identity or institutional affiliation. The author's name, address (including e-mail, if available), and institutional affiliation should appear only on a separate cover sheet. Manuscripts not conforming to this stipulation will be rejected.

  • Under no condition should an already published material be submitted for consideration without an explicit statement from the author.

  • Manuscripts should be sent on-line to the following (See their addresses on the Editors' list):

    • Abimbola Abiola (Canada)
    • Michael O. Afoláyan (USA & Australia)
    • Bode Agbaje (West Africa)
    • Chacha N. Chacha (East Africa)
    • Scott Johnston (Asia)
    • Didacus Jules (West Indies)
    • Akintunde Oyetade (Europe, including England)
